Recently, my wife and i sold our Rotorua house with the intention of moving back to new Plymouth to live. We wanted to purchase a property in New Plymouth and with this in mind, contacted Robert Angus of Bayleys Realty who, because he was about to go overseas on holiday referred us to Angela Maindonald. We were very glad that he did so.
We provided a brief to Bayleys as well as a number of other New Plymouth Realty firms, setting out the type of house we were looking for. I would like to write a letter of thanks to Ang for selling my Unit in Strandon recently. I have known Angela for years now. I decided in September 2009 that I wanted to sell my place. I had been receiving advertising from Ang in the post to promote her new position in real estate, because of this and with Ang been a friend of mine I decided to give her a call to market my place. I am so pleased I did because I found Ang to be very professional and reliable. I would happily use Ang in the future as my real estate agent again, also to pass on to other people her recommendations to sell any other of my friends or families properties. Ang was always punctual and when she said she would do something eg....advise me of the results of open homes she would do so honestly and without any pressure for my thoughts. We engaged Angela to sell our New Plymouth property in October of this year. Being based overseas, it was a little concerning not being able to make sure the property was in its best state for sale, and also being removed from the sales process.
