Twenty-three years ago we fulfilled our lifetime dream when we purchased 95 Messenger Terrace. The house was then known as 'Chester Cottage'. Immediately on entering this little beach house with it's expanse of blue sea stretching to the horizon we were completely captured! Sadly, the cottage became less practical as our family grew. Building a new house became a necessity.
Here are some experiences and memories from these special years of living with the Tasman Sea at the bottom of our garden:
